    We are seeking a Material Handling Supervisor to become an integral part of our team

    This position is located in Ft Worth, Texas.

    Job Summary:

    The Material Handling Supervisor will be responsible for the receipt and movement of materials throughout the facility and operations. Material Handling Supervisor will also be responsible for moving and staging materials to be sawed and produced within the facility

    Description:

    • a team and assisting with day-to-day responsibilities
    • crucial demand through all departments to meet on time delivery dates.
    • work schedules, assign work and oversee the work product.
    • Policies and Procedures that coordinate with each department
    • the utilization of Forklifts, reach trucks, etc.
    • assist with inventory of stock and stock rotation.
    • orders from requisitions and dispense items from stock.
    • for new hire training and orientation.

    Responsibilities:

    • with material handling in manufacturing setting: 3 years preferred, 1 year a must
    • with receiving of materials into a data base.
    • experience preferred
    • have excellent communication skills.
    • be able to read, give and take direction in English.
    • be detailed oriented, have basic math skills and Strong computer and M.S. Office skills, especially Excel.
    • have excellent organization skills.

    Requirements:

    • pass Drug Screen and background check
    • be working in a shop environment.
    • to lift 50lbs and move heavy carts.
    • to work full time and have great attendance.
    • school diploma/GED required.
    • have a courteous and positive attitude, also have a sense of urgency, drive, pride and desire to succeed.
    • a sense of urgency and adaptable to change.
