Maintain a clean driving record. Proof of auto insurance Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification Must attend all BTA required training Be vested in the ABA Field, committed to the cause, willing to learn and grow constantly amidst the changing landscape that is the ABA field.

Description
We are looking for a full time BCBA Clinical Manager to lead our team here at Behavior Treatment & Analysis.
The CM's role is to provide clinical support and guidance to the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Coordinator to ensure treatment fidelity and procedural integrity across the client's intervention (included but not limited to staff/parent training development).
The Clinical Manager is assigned to conduct initial assessments, indirect case management, and to ensure that the client's progress is continuous throughout the treatment period.
The Clinical Manager is also responsible for overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and treatment plans to address the behaviors of concern and client's deficit areas.
In addition, the Clinical Manager will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address clinical and administrative needs for each region.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for adhering to the BACB ethical and supervision guidelines.Benefits:
