We are looking for you - Starting immediately, full-time for a well-known company in the financial services industry in Schweinfurt.


What to expect:


  • You are responsible for managing reminders and negotiating repayment agreements with delinquent payers
  • You perform the daily closing of accounts receivable (preparing for monthly repayment of refinancing)
  • You reconcile loan and transfer accounts on a monthly basis
  • You make accrual and split bookings
  • You initiate collective invoices and commission settlements
  • You determine available loan lines after monthly repayments
  • You create payment data for direct debits and transfers
  • You perform all daily closings, such as activating or dissolving contracts in preparation for billing

Your profile:


  • You have completed vocational training as a tax clerk
  • You have indepth knowledge of accounts receivable
  • You have strong organizational skills and resilience
  • You are proficient in working with numbers
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • You work with a focus on quality and performance
  • Your commitment, high level of independence, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience, as well as your solid MS Office skills, round off your profile
