Position:
Full-time Medical Assistant (w/m/d) for the Oncology Outpatient Clinic


Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (w/m/d)
  • Enjoy working with patients and possess strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and ideally previous experience with our hospital documentation system, Orbis

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Independent patient registration at the reception desk
  • Administration and organization of appointments
  • Outpatient billing (MVZ/ASV), preparation for billing, and final billing
  • Planning and organizing your own work processes and prioritizing tasks
  • Collaborating with other medical disciplines
  • Working closely with other departments within our specialty, such as the secretariat or study office
