Your path to success


You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the fleet sector and handle all inquiries related to leasing contracts and contract adjustments.

You will develop mobility solutions for our customers and continuously analyze their fleet and vehicle ordering processes.

As a Customer Service Officer (m/f/d), your responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing active advice on the use of alternative vehicles, especially hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Handling vehicle calculations and providing user advice and support
  • Working closely with the field sales team and other departments
  • Assisting with customer verification and antimoney laundering checks
  • Taking on project tasks within your role
