    Description
    LHH is seeking a

    Project Manager

    with proven industry experience including ESI and eDiscovery technology for our client based in Los Angeles.

    Location:
    Remote - must reside in California


    DUTIES
    Manages multiple projects, client relationships and internal/regional resource management skills.

    Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects, which includes coordination with regional PM teams, scoping project requirements, coordinating projects' workflow and processes across all functional departments and regions.

    Coordinates communication between clients and internal resources, sets expectations and provides updates to clients.

    Coordinating all internal and regional resources on the project, the PM also performs project engineering work as necessary, such as data conversion and extraction for reformatting, usage of tools/software to achieve desired output required from our clients, as well as, troubleshooting technology issues.

    Manages document review projects by providing information on the assigned case's background and review platform training to the contract attorneys.

    The PM must be able to operate in a high pressure and changing work environment and respond to emails outside of office hours.

    Technical knowledge and experience in using ESI technology is integral to performing the duties of this job.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    BA in Business, Law or a related discipline
    PMP certification is preferred
    Role will be remote, but may be asked to attend occasional in person meetings
    Ability to work nights and weekends, as requested
    Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, with a background in eDiscovery or experience within the law industry
    Proven proficiency and knowledge of hosting and reviewing eDiscovery platforms as well as providing training and support to clients
    Proven ability to manage and direct process flows and customer interaction with strong time management skills
    Ability to work collaboratively with all departments to ensure specifications are communicated properly and deadlines are met
    Ability to work off hours when necessary to resolve project or client issues
    Ability to travel to and from various company offices or client sites when necessary
    Ability to provide excellent customer service
    Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
    Excellent communication and writing with strong presentation skills
    Must be able to maintain a composed and professional demeanor
