The ccbuch is a specialized service provider for independent bookstores located in Temple City, CA. We are a young company and belong to the largest German bookselling cooperative, eBuch e.

We are currently seeking curious, independent, humorous, and communicative telephone talents to handle calls from our bookstore partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Researching book titles
  • Writing short emails
  • Assisting in the management of business partners (as part of a team)

Qualifications:
This job is also suitable for non-readers and those who are not interested in literature.


Desirable qualifications:


  • Knowledge of bookselling or library science
- and/or experience in customer service over the phone

  • Excellent written and spoken German
We expect candidates to work quickly on the computer and have a passion for providing excellent service.
