To strengthen our team in NRW, we are currently looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible in Clearfield, IA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Central point of contact for a defined area of responsibility
  • Proactive consulting and support for managers in personnel, labor law, and works councilrelated matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Independent implementation of individual personnel measures, such as contract changes, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Professional guidance for managers and employees in terms of personnel development, career development, and succession planning
  • Constructive collaboration with the works council, particularly in individual legal matters
  • Conducting second interviews with applicants as part of the recruitment process in cooperation with the departments
  • Participation in technical optimization projects

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in working with works councils
  • Excellent knowledge of labor and works council law
  • High level of initiative and implementation skills
  • Basic knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Problemsolving orientation
  • Negotiation skills
  • Empathy
  • Class B driver's license
