    Job Details:

    • Partner with country leadership and regional HR to align with business needs and strategies
    • Provide guidance to management on various HR issues
    • Manage performance management programs and employee relations
    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and policies
    • Support talent acquisition and training efforts


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop country HR goals to support business objectives
    • Handle performance management and improvement
    • Process verifications of employment and unemployment claims
    • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Support annual merit increase programs and employee relations issues
    • Work closely with talent acquisition and operations training managers
    • Assist with benefits, payroll, safety programs, and audits
    • Conduct focus groups and engage in employee retention initiatives
    • Perform other related duties as required


    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum two years of HR administration experience
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and HRIS systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems like ADP or Workday


    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

    • Results-oriented with strong leadership skills
    • Customer-focused with excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus


    Physical Demands:

    • Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
    • Ability to use arms, hands, and fingers for computer and phone tasks
    • Clear speaking and listening skills for phone communication
    • Close-up and distance vision for computer work
    • Up to 20% overnight travel


    Work Environment:

    The work environment is similar to an office setting with typical office equipment.
