    We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst (Remote)!



    Join our client, a major autonomous vehicle company, in the search for a Senior Finance Analyst to work remotely.

    Contract – W2 Non-Exempt



    Pay Range:
    $68.00 per hour DOE


    About the Job:


    The Senior Analyst, Finance Insights will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and overseeing data from various sources within the company to meet the finance department's requirements.

    They will be in charge of producing and handling reports and dashboards using different business intelligence tools to offer valuable insights to stakeholders.

    Moreover, the Senior Analyst will collaborate extensively with IT teams, including data science and operational technology, to create an effective support model for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from diverse sources to enhance the decision-making processes of finance teams.

    Maintaining data quality, security, and compliance for financial reporting will also be a critical part of this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect and analyze data from various sources within the organization to support finance department decisions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs following best practices and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain data quality, security, and compliance for financial reporting through robust data governance practices.
    • Manage master data elements for consistency and standardization across finance systems and reports.
    • Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
    • Generate reports and presentations for business and finance partners.
    • Create dashboards providing actionable insights into financial performance.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions enhancing financial reporting processes.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in financial or data analysis.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
    • Strong database management understanding and ETL experience.
    • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries effectively.
    • Knowledge of data governance principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
    • Ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
