    Description

    Assists the pharmacy management team in coordinating the daily organizational and operational activities of the Pharmacy. Provides oversight of pharmacists and technicians involved in pharmacy operations. Coordinates staffing as required per workload/staff availability.

    Required qualifications:

    • PharmD Pharmacy Or
    • Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
    • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
    • 4 years A minimum of 4 years of relevant practice setting experience or PGY1 with a minimum 2 years relevant experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools
    • 1 year Leadership experience
