- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide drug information and consult with healthcare providers on medication therapy.
- Monitor patient profiles to prevent drug interactions and adverse effects.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy support staff.
- BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active Oregon License
- Current or recent inpatient/hospital experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and medication therapy management
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
