    That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Demand Planner located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.SummaryResponsible managing CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) activities with key accounts and maintaining forecast models incorporating business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts and other sources.

    Responsibilities Gather and incorporate all source of market intelligence to produce the best possible operational forecast through internal CPFR tools and processes Participate in weekly conference calls with internal/external customers to review sales, forecast, and commitments Facilitate weekly meeting w/ sales teams & customers to generate consensus forecast (sellout/selling) Gather customer's needs and changes in demand as proactively as possible Responsible for developing individual tools to achieve goals and initiatives set out by team leader Participate in meetings to help look for process improvement opportunities and ways to optimize network strategy with customers Develop YOY analysis tool to compare and validate current forecast (based on promo, run rate, market situations, etc.) Runs forecast review with internal stakeholders Participates in key internal meetings as subject matter experts Strong written, verbal and in-person communication skills required as this position interfaces with customer directly Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in demand planning or related SCM field with 3 years relevant experience APICS certification preferred, not required Proficiency in MS Office tools Advanced Planning systems experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone manner and ability to meet tight deadlines to meet deliverables and partner expectations Strong presentation skills and ability to influence using data Demonstrated success in taking initiative and multi-tasking in a high pressure environment At LG, we aspire to empower people and celebrate differences because we believe diversity will create the unexpected.
