    We are looking for a highly motivated Demand Planner to work in concert with purchasing, production, and sales departments to meet on time delivery demands of customers.

    In this role, you will analyze, schedule, expedite and monitor materials required for production and special projects. You will participate in capacity reviews, inventory planning, make recommendations and communicate changes in schedules.

    Lead the Sales Operations Planning (S OP) process, drive the improvement agenda.
    Help define and maintain S OP KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement.

    Distribute work orders and assist department personnel in obtaining items (drawings, parts, etc.) necessary to complete job operations and job material transactions.

    Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support business initiatives, adjust plans accordingly and communicate supply chain issues and recommendations for resolution.

    Review and maintain master data for legacy and new products for proper planning.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
    5 years' experience as a material planner or master scheduler
    Experience leading a Sales Operations Planning process
    Ability to travel up to 15%
    Eligibility for any required authorizations from the US government, to conform with US export regulations and ITAR 120.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Graduate level degree in Supply Chain or MBA
    Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification a plus
    Computer literate with MS Office and ERP experience
    Competent in leading programs and/or projects
    Drives to achieve both short and long term goals.
    Innovative/Creative- drives to develop proprietary, product-differentiating technologies.
    Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

    The individual will need to frequently move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
    Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as calculator, copy machine, printer, etc.
