    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee various aspects of accounting functions, such as financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. You'll collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting principles, keen attention to detail, and excels in a dynamic setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per GAAP and company policies.
    • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and analysis for data accuracy.
    • Aid in budget, forecast, and variance analysis preparation for management decisions.
    • Manage month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
    • Assist external audits by offering documentation and explanations.
    • Ensure tax compliance and assist with filings and reporting.
    • Spot process improvement opportunities in accounting procedures.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
    • Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Capable of independent and collaborative work in a team setting.
