    What this job involves

    • Managing industry changing properties: As the General Manager, you will provide leadership to your team and exceptional customer service to clients while overseeing office property management.
    • Creating strategic and collaborative solutions: You will focus on creating a collaborative work environment, establishing best practices, and contributing to team success.
    • Embracing the human side of business: Your people-focused approach will drive client and team satisfaction, effective communication, and relationship building.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
    • Minimum of seven years of commercial property management experience, with at least 2 years of management experience
    • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting
    • Colorado Real Estate license required within the first six months of employment
    • Proficiency in property management accounting platforms like Yardi, Kardin, or MRI

    Compensation Range: $95,000 - $105,000
