Currently, at Fueling Brains, we aim to hire a BCBA. This role involves observing, evaluating, and supporting children with various emotional or behavioral conditions like depression, anxiety, addiction, autism, ADHD, OCD, among others.

The selected candidate will devise and execute tailored treatment plans, track progress, and offer guidance to the children.

We are looking for an individual who embodies patience, empathy, and exceptional communication abilities. The behavioral specialist should also exhibit strong stress handling and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Assessing and evaluating children undergoing treatment.
Creating and executing treatment strategies to tackle behavioral issues.
Providing ongoing support to the children throughout the treatment journey.
Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans effectively.
Monitoring and documenting progress in treatment.
Conducting assessments to track development and achievements.
Managing medical records and treatment documentation for children.
Cooperating with diverse healthcare professionals and support groups.

What You Bring (Preferred Skills and Qualifications)

Degree in mental health, psychology, or a related discipline.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is a must.
Demonstrated experience in directly assisting children with special requirements.
In-depth knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis.
Familiarity with the traits and behaviors linked to various disorders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to manage high-pressure emotional situations.
Proficiency in applying behavioral principles.
Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
Outstanding stress management proficiencies.
