We're on the lookout for a seasoned program management expert, someone who knows the ropes of steering diverse teams towards ambitious goals with finesse.

Our dream candidate? A maestro of organization, armed with deep insights into project management tools, especially Microsoft Project.

Here's what you'll be up to:

Take the helm in overseeing the smooth transfer of significant manufacturing tasks to a contract partner, ensuring everyone stays on track with the timeline.

Spread out roles and duties across departments like production, planning, procurement, engineering, quality, and manufacturing, ensuring a seamless flow of knowledge and project triumph.

Be the driving force behind our PCB outsourcing initiative, shepherding it to the finish line with unwavering dedication.

Team up with our contract partner to craft and fine-tune transition plans that maximize both time and cost efficiencies.

Keep a tight grip on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Spot, tackle, and if need be, escalate issues, all while juggling priorities to meet those crucial deadlines.

Keep the management squad and other stakeholders in the loop with regular updates, ensuring everyone's on the same page and projects stay on course.

Here's what we're looking for in you:

At least 8 years of battle-tested experience in steering complex, high-stakes projects, with a bonus if you've got a knack for manufacturing outsourcing.

Top-notch communication chops to navigate through diverse teams, fostering accountability and keeping schedules intact.
A wizard at interpersonal dynamics, communication, and presentations, with the adaptability to thrive in ever-changing environments.
A master of project management tools, with Excel and PowerPoint being your trusted sidekicks.
PMP Certification? That'd be the cherry on top.

And last but not least, a Bachelor's degree to round out your arsenal.
