How you contribute

Independent commercial processing of construction projects, including invoicing and billing

Contract management, construction site control, invoice verification

Cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with project management

Conducting target/actual comparisons and analyses in case of deviations

Participation in reporting

Management of project-related correspondence in accordance with VOB (German construction contract procedures) in coordination with project and construction management

Your qualifications

Completed degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant experience

Ideally, relevant experience in a similar position and industry, as well as technical understanding

Organizational skills and communication strength

Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, teamwork and initiative
