The redi-Group, a globally operating technical service provider, specializes in quality assurance in the supply chain and in production facilities.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for processing and tracking complaints
- You are the interface for complaints (external, internal and suppliers)
- You organize sorting and testing of inventory as well as documentation of failure rates
- You conduct root cause analyses with the affected departments
- You create 8D reports and action plans and monitor the corrective measures taken by suppliers
- You organize and conduct internal audits and monitor the implementation of measures
Your profile:
- You have completed a technical education
- You have gained initial experience in complaint management, ideally in the automotive sector
- You have good MS Office skills and good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Knowledge of QM tools such as 8D report, 5Why, Ishikawa, PDCA is required
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage
- You have strong social skills and are a team player
- Communication is your strength
You enjoy working on projects and are willing to travel (with overnight stays in hotels)
