Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for processing and tracking complaints
  • You are the interface for complaints (external, internal and suppliers)
  • You organize sorting and testing of inventory as well as documentation of failure rates
  • You conduct root cause analyses with the affected departments
  • You create 8D reports and action plans and monitor the corrective measures taken by suppliers
  • You organize and conduct internal audits and monitor the implementation of measures

Your profile:


  • You have completed a technical education
  • You have gained initial experience in complaint management, ideally in the automotive sector
  • You have good MS Office skills and good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Knowledge of QM tools such as 8D report, 5Why, Ishikawa, PDCA is required
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage
  • You have strong social skills and are a team player
  • Communication is your strength
