- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives and manufacturing requirements to drive utility, productivity, and growth.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of new technology to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Oversee maintenance, security, and optimization of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or MSP to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value and ensure service quality.
- Lead the IT function within the organization and provide guidance, training, and support to other departments as well as the evolving IT department.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the security of company data and IT systems through the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT and manufacturing technology, and make recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of progressive experience in IT roles within a manufacturing environment. Comprehensive Epicor/ Kinetic (Enterprise Resourcing Planning) experience a plus
- Strong technical proficiency in enterprise IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build strong relationships
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of translating business needs into actionable IT Initiatives
