About us
We are currently seeking a project manager for leak detection and building drying to establish a new business division.

With your expertise and experience, you will build your own team, share your knowledge, and take on project management responsibilities for this area of business.

Responsibilities

Conducting leak detection after water damage, moisture measurements, damage assessment, and documentation for clients
Reporting and communicating with clients and insurance companies
Monitoring and overseeing drying measures
Documenting drying progress and property conditions
Installing, operating, maintaining, and dismantling drying equipment
Coordinating and providing technical support to technicians
Coordinating order acceptance, quotes, and invoicing with personal assistance

Profile

Completed vocational training in a technical field such as heating, ventilation, or plumbing
Reliability, structured approach, high level of commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office and ideally PDS software (craftsman software)
Friendly and reliable personality with a passion for customer and supplier contact, as well as teamwork and a cando attitude
Driver's license B, preferably BE
