Support: You will provide advice to employees and managers on labor law and other personnel-related issues, conduct personnel discussions, and accompany on

Documentation: You will be responsible for independently creating various HR documents (employment contracts, references, etc.) and other personnel-related correspondence, as well as filing relevant documents in the digital personnel file.

Payroll and Controlling: You will assist with preparatory payroll accounting and serve as a liaison to external payroll services. You will also develop and maintain personnel statistics, support with personnel budget and needs planning, and contribute to the provision of personnel numbers.

Communication: You will work closely with relevant committees, handle correspondence with authorities, and act as the first point of contact for occupational health services and the company's health and integration management.

Project Management: You will support HR projects and assist with the handling of special personnel topics.
