- Coordinate CMS updates to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Oversee all division-specific activities within Marketo, including lead generation, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Manage the email marketing preference center to optimize audience engagement and segmentation.
- Implement and direct social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Bachelors in Marketing, Creative Writing, Communications a related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record in B2B digital marketing
- Knowledge of social and digital platforms and optimization strategies
- Website CMS and email marketing experience
- Strong copywriting skills
- Design capable using Adobe Creative Cloud suite with little to no guidance
- Proficiency in SEO (required) and SEM (helpful) practices and tools
- Project management experience
- Understands digital best practices and standards
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects/deadlines concurrently
- Works with speed, accuracy, and urgency
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written
- Creativity and attention to detail

Job Summary THIS IS A HYBRID ROLECopper and Brass Sales is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have worn many hats in their career and will be responsible for executing and managing a wide range of digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing our brand presence and driving sales across North America.
This role will focus on enhancing our digital footprint, optimizing our eCommerce visibility, and leveraging marketing automation tools to engage and convert our target audience.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with a team of marketing and communication professionals, including designers and copywriters.
