- Contributing to the development of IWMS strategic plan by analyzing industry/competitive trends, defining an overarching vision, identifying areas of business focus, and establishing a goals measurement framework
- Driving business case development and strategic analyses through collaboration with key partners to provide insights and recommendations
- Leading strategic cross-FBOT initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, managing workstreams, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery; these initiatives include organizational transformation, regulatory response, pricing strategy, and new opportunity assessment
- Organizing quarterly business reviews and other forums to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making for the FBOT senior management team
- 7-10 years of experience in strategy, preferably with project management experience, ideally in a prestigious consulting firm or strategy group
- MBA or equivalent background in business, strategy, or analytics
- Strong analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to convey complex information to influence executive decisions
- Experience in project management, specifically in strategy development and business transformation
- Proven ability to synthesize analysis and research into strategic insights and recommendations, including financial and operational analysis
- Capability to influence decisions in complex environments through personal interactions and presentations
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing execution-related challenges and requirements
- Effective in building relationships with peers and executives and knowledgeable about digital technologies and fintech players in the financial intermediary market
- Confidence, business maturity, and interpersonal skills to work independently and collaborate across all organizational levels

The Role
The Director, Strategy is a key member of the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) organization, responsible for driving the ongoing development of the IWMS strategy and long-term plan.
