- Perform the necessary tasks to maintain the accounts payable records
- Code invoices with detailed GL account numbers, job numbers, cost types and tax fields electronically
- Able to handle complex coding
- Enter invoices in the fast paced & high-volume environment
- Maintain & create spreadsheets for various tracking initiatives and mass imports
- Prepare the weekly check run
- Verify and investigate open invoices prior to weekly payments
- Compile and sort documents such as invoices and checks
- Reconcile vendor account statements to ensure accuracy
- Prepare monthly payable reports
- Experience with internal and external customer service
- Takes responsibility and resolves problems
- Strong organizational skills - able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and quick learner
- Strong communication skills while working with vendors and operations

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for completion of the accounts payable function in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have at least 2 years related experience or be a recent college Graduate. Must be proficient in Micro-Soft Excel skills, prefer Advanced.
Must be well organizational and have excellent customer service and communication skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task.
