- Execute projects to achieve defined business results, including compliance with Design Control and/or Change Control policies, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Evaluate risk/reward trade-offs, provide risk assessments, and communicate critical issues impacting product quality to management.
- Establish and maintain risk analysis as part of overall responsibility to control/reduce risk.
- Translate project goals into actionable tasks and activities necessary to accomplish them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
