With more than 400 employees and over 30 years of experience, the Verbund Sozialer Dienste is a growing corporate network in Lower Saxony with branches in North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein.

We are divided into different companies, each covering a part of the child and youth welfare services.

For the "Rückenwind" project, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for employer branding and personnel marketing with a workload of 28.5 hours.

Your tasks:

Development of a comprehensive employer branding strategy that reflects the corporate culture and values of our corporate network
Building the employer brand
Development of tailored communication concepts
Collaboration with schools and other educational institutions to promote our company as an attractive employer
Implementation of measures to attract and retain qualified employees
Coordination of internal and external communication activities related to employer branding and personnel marketing
Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of employer branding and personnel marketing measures
Participation in relevant events and fairs to promote our company as an employer of choice
Collaboration with HR and other departments to ensure a consistent employer branding message
Budget planning and management for employer branding and personnel marketing activities
Reporting to the management on the progress and results of employer branding and personnel marketing initiatives.
