Under the direction of the leader of the PMO, implements, executes, controls, and completes specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Lead project teams responsible for design, testing, planning, and implementation of medium to high complex projects that typically affect many users and/or customers.

Works closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure desired end-results.

Leads long term projects with medium complexity; participates in project steering committee meetings.
Leads teams when multiple divisions are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in sync.
Works with project team on communicating to stakeholders at different points in the project and seeks feedback on adjusting communication methods related to RACI.
Using knowledge of the departments and divisions, consults with SMEs on the people, process, technology, and change manage implications for projects.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Define project tasks and resource requirements.
Develop full scale project plans.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Provide direction and support to project team.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Maintain a project budget tracker and manage change orders.
Manage all project documentation (business cases, requirements, RACI, workflows, user test scripts, policies & procedures.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

57 years of Project Management Experience required.
PMP Certification Preferred.
The ability to influence and motivate others.
Time management and priority setting for self and others.
