    Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Benefits Manager for our client in the healthcare sector.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and administer comprehensive employee benefits packages, covering health, life, disability, and wellness plans.
    Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing benefits.
    Establish and nurture relationships with external vendors and providers, implementing procedures to minimize costs.
    Provide expert guidance on benefits enrollment and utilization to employees.
    Manage day-to-day benefits administration tasks, including billing, enrollment, and changes.
    Design and execute effective employee communications related to benefits.
    Monitor employee eligibility for benefits according to company guidelines.
    Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting benefit issues, and resolving conflicts.
    Generate and present benefits-related data and trends to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    Minimum of five years of relevant experience in benefits management.
    Thorough understanding of all aspects of employee benefits programs.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
