- Assists the State Director and HOMEBUILDERS team with any needed administrative duties.
- Maintains and develops a clinical filing system.
- Facilitates the coordination of data and produces reports.
- Corresponds with HOMEBUILDERS Directors, HOMEBUILDERS Specialists and referral partners to receive appropriate intake paperwork.

Job DescriptionFor more than 126 years, Epworth Children's Home has grown and adapted to the individual needs of children and families by providing a safe and nurturing environment, evidence-based practices, and programs across the continuum of care and across the state of South Carolina.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the State Director of HOMEBUILDERS the incumbent will perform a variety of general office clerical and administrative tasks related duties in support of the HOMEBUILDERS teams.
This position will be located in the Upstate (Greenville) area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Two years administrative experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Computer experience and/or training in Microsoft and Excel.
Exhibits strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
Has a belief system and engages in faith practices that are compatible with those of the United Methodist Church.
Must be able to pass standard background checks, including: drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry and Sex Offenders Registry.
