Description
Open Purchasing Admin role that supports the purchasing and supply chain department, primarily focused on coordinating purchasing activities. The typical role is responsible for daily coordination and administration of purchase transactions in support of business operations.
Location: Onsite at Spartanburg location- no hybrid or remote option
Pay Rate: $24.67 per hour w2
Duration: Possible temp to hire with right candidate
Must be US Citizen
Minimal if any travel, locally
Interviews: 1 round of phone screen, 1 round of onsite with team
Top Requirements:
1. Proven ability to multitask
2. Proficient in MS Office, Mid to Advanced Excel skills
3. Executive admin or similar experience to this role
4. Minimum Associates, prefers Bachelor's
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Supplier Add – Jaggaer and DLV ERP
o OR creation for non-stock purchase orders
o Receiving non stock purchase orders.
o Invoice review and resolution
o Expediting / cancelling / deferring purchase orders when needed
o Metric generation daily / weekly / monthly
o Uploading prints to MoveIt – FTP site
o Supplier communications
o Data mining – program / purchasing requests
o General administrative talks for the team.
o Proficient in MS Office suit. Mid-Advanced Excel skills.
o Assist with non-conforming material returns to the suppliers (RGA's, shippers, returns, etc.)
o Assist with departmental documentation – work instructions, procedures, training documents.
o Document tracking of supplier tooling
o TMC entries / scheduling - LogisticsMinimum Qualifications:
• Strong MS Suite knowledge, Mid to Advanced Excel Skills
• 2+ years of experience in executive administrative or similar role
• Proven experience of strong multi-tasking ability
