A higher standard for why we exist, for how we create, and for what's next.Currently, we are seeking a Client Services Manager to be based at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the daily operations of the customer service team to assist in achieving sales goals.
The Client Services Manager will assist in resolving exceptions, reviewing and recommending procedural improvements and the implementation of strategic goals.
Responsibilities Include:
Assign workload and set workflow priorities, handle exceptions, and resolve complex issues.
Implement policies and procedures that improve cross-functional service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and recommend process enhancements and cost saving opportunities.
Assist in the processes associated with integrating new business initiatives.
Coach, mentor, support and provide development opportunities for direct reports.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of customer service experience and supervisory experience, preferred.
Knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One and/or Salesforce CRM, preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
