This individual will be focused on onboarding and servicing clients.We are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and knowledge to enhance our relationships with our clients who have complex service and investment needs.
This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment offering career advancement opportunities.The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

We're big on open conversations, so, let's have one.Primary Job FunctionsNew Client OnboardingEnsures accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork/set upFollow up on funds transfer from surrendering companyMaintains CRM-Salesforce databaseResearch and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendorsRecord incoming assets to the appropriate blotting toolClient Relationship ManagementDialogues with client to understand their personal history and current financial needs.
Prepares account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.Communicates to understand client requests, determines what needs to be done; communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolution, includes death claim processingMay work with client's tax or legal counsel on client concernsClient Review Prep and Follow UpGather client data and may prepare the materials for client meetings and reviewsConducts Tax Research (1099s)
