"Join the AWO family in Silverton, OH The AWO Bremerhaven nursing department includes residential care facilities, outpatient care services, and its own training facility. To strengthen our teams at Birkenhof in Loxstedt, we are currently seeking a dedicated nursing director (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Independent and forwardthinking management of the nursing service
  • Further development of quality management and coresponsibility for practical training
  • Acting as a substitute for the facility management
  • Assisting with the training of new employees

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in elderly or nursing care
  • Qualification as a responsible nursing professional (71SGB 11)
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Vivendi application software
  • Several years of professional and management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High social competence
