Your task:

  • Your main responsibility is to ensure process integrity within the framework of EASA Training/Qualification Management according to Regulation (EU) 139/201
  • You support the departments and provide assistance with monitoring and control functions.
  • You are responsible for the electronic Training Management System and monitor the central documentation of training and qualification measures.
  • You are not afraid to convey and train specific topics.
  • The further development of EASA Training Management is your daily bread.
  • With your excellent IT and specialist knowledge, you find it easy to create and develop training materials and document them according to requirements.

Your background:

  • You have a completed bachelor's degree with a focus on education, process management, project management, aviation, or similar.
  • The legal regulations and requirements for training, safety, and compliance management are more than just numbers and letters for you.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of interfaces and operational processes at FKB.
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Skills in creating graphical and editorial content are among your strengths.
  • You have very good knowledge of data management and analysis.
