    Your Role:

    • Be the ambassador of our company culture, ensuring everyone feels valued, heard, and motivated.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance including but not limited to Forms I-9, policies and procedures, and regulatory changes.
    • Foster employee growth, from onboarding to offboarding and every step in between.
    • Manage employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and fairness.
    • Perform various HR related and compliance tasks, as assigned.
    • Keep our HR practices compliant, updated, and ahead of the curve.

    What You Bring:

    · Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

    · Must be a result- oriented, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to get the job done with little supervision.

    · 7+ years of HR related experience including maintaining positive employee relations and [internal] customer service.

    · Mastery in multitasking, problem-solving, and thriving in fast-paced settings.

    · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Understanding of general employment regulations applicable to the role (federal, multi-state, and local)

    · Experience in benefits administration and onboarding

    · Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    · Human Resources Professional Certification (through HRCI, SHRM, or similar) preferred

    · Certified Staffing Professional (through ASA) preferred.

    • Staffing industry experience a plus
