    Our client located in Palm Beach Gardens is utilizing PrideStaff exclusively to fill a DIRECT HIRE role.As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for performing human resources duties on a professional level and works closely with other HR team members.Company offers a fabulous benefit, bonus and PTO package.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs recruiting for open positions including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, providing management with interview recommendations.
    • Coordinates hiring process, including but not limited to preparing and sending offers, conducting background and reference checks and internal communication.
    • Coordinates onboarding for new employees including setup in HRIS system.
    • Assists with communication of projects such as Employee Policy handbook changes, 401(k) open enrollment, employee benefits and employee recognition.
    • Assist manager with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
    • Responds to inquiries regarding the organization's processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Assist with payroll processing through PEO provider
    • Responds to questions/paperwork related to administration of workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
    • Assists in administration of company compensation and benefits programs.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with HRIS system, PEO a plus.
    • Experience in recruiting and onboarding.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
    • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
    • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
    • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60, $80,000.00 Per Year
