    Job Description

    We are looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher that takes pride in teaching and positively influencing children in their development. A well-balanced position with room for creativity, structure, and growth. Must be available full time and committed to this position.

    Some responsibilities may include but not limited to:

    • lead classroom of children ages 3-4 years old with developmentally appropriate activities
    • aid in the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of the children
    • establish and maintain relationships with parents and children
    • have open and regular communication with other faculty, directors, and families.
    • developing curriculum and lesson planning
    • assisting in staff meetings and training

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education, Special Education or related field) required
    • NYS Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood (birth-2) or (N-6) required
    • 2 years of Early Childhood experience as a Preschool lead teacher required
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent observation and supervision skills
