Account Executive - Roofing Sales Specialist

Territory: Eastern Tennessee - Morristown to Knoxville

As an Account Executive you will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Eastern Tennessee market. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors, promoting roofing services, and ultimately closing deals.

Role is fully on site with daily travel to prospects, and customer sites.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online leads.
Conduct research to identify potential customers and projects in the Eastern Tennessee market.
Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns and objectives.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and advantages of our roofing products and services.
Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for roofing projects based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
Present proposals to customers in a professional manner and address any questions or objections they may have.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, appointments, proposals, and closed deals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Eastern Tennessee roofing market.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales is a plus
General sales experience also considered a plus
Excellent relationship and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
General knowledge of the sales territory
Clean, neat, professional appearance
Must have reliable transportation
Bachelors Degree preferred but not requited
