Description

Day-to-day activities and responsibilities include:

Managing monthly donor mailings and tracking/entry in donor database
Updating and maintaining Foundation website (posting news stories, updating web pages, creating forms, etc.)
Helping to implement the Foundation's stewardship program, working with Donor Relations Manager on daily reports that are disseminated to the Foundation team
Helping to update and maintain donor recognition software
Assisting in production process for donor recognition
Coordinating with vendor partners on print projects
Assisting with annual donor journal and impact report
Helping with the annual updates to donor walls and stewardship/endowment reports
Processing and tracking vendor invoices
Executing mailings and mail merges for stewardship program
Working with Director of Donor Engagement and Director of Major Gifts and Strategy on funding priority development and tracking
Working with Director of Major Gifts and Strategy and Major Gifts team to support Philanthropy Council Meetings
Assisting the Office Manager with Board Meeting preparation
Assisting in creation of promotional strategies and materials for Foundation events and oversee preevent preparation with Special Events Manager

Desired Experience
Minimum of two years of related experience (marketing, communications, donor relations, fundraising/nonprofits or account management)
