Join our Dynamic Legal Team Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A., a mid-sized law firm, is actively seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to enhance our operational efficiency.

As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with the Controller to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our accounting records.

Your responsibilities will include processing accounts payable/receivable, assisting with billing, and managing general administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a range of accounting and clerical duties with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize our advanced computerized accounting database to research, track, and resolve accounting issues.
• Organize and manage invoices and checks efficiently.
• Facilitate the processing, issuance, and mailing of checks for accounts payable.
• Ensure accurate posting of bills to the accounting system.
• Efficiently handle incoming mail, matching payments to invoices.
• Prepare and record bank deposits accurately.
• Reconcile credit card statements efficiently.
• Contribute to special projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.
• Meticulous attention to detail is paramount for success in this role.

This position is based at our office in Morristown, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
