Description
The German Railway is not only one of the most important mobility service providers, but also one of the largest engineering firms in Germany. Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not nearly enough. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain: the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a Senior Project Manager for Future Train Stations and High-Performance Corridors (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG Passenger Train Stations at our location in Karlsruhe.
Your tasks:
  • You represent the client's interests of DB InfraGO AG Passenger Train Stations in complex and large construction projects in the field of future train stations and high-performance corridors
  • You ensure the budget, schedule, and quality-compliant implementation and continuous support of BIM projects in various phases
  • You are responsible for the implementation of project planning, including reviewing the task, creating board presentations for the release of funds, participating in the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services, and ensuring financing
  • You monitor the performance of internal and external service providers, initiate countermeasures if necessary, and take over the acceptance of contractual obligations of the executing companies
  • You ensure coordination and decision-making in collaboration with contractors and other railway
