- Manage the day-to-day delivery of SEO and Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns of Amazon marketplace, Walmart marketplace, Picasso Tiles D2C e-Commerce website as well as other assigned marketplace channels supporting PPC advertising, including but not limited to strategy development, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative (including writing, managing translation processes, testing ad copy and ad extensions), and landing page revisions.
- Manage bids throughout the entire campaign, monitor and update daily budgets across various portfolios of products.
- Maintain alignment with a robust promotional calendar ensuring that ad copy and spend is consistent with sales and ROAS goals.
- Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data from keyword to campaign for ROI and coverage metrics.
- Provide recommendations and improve performance of Paid Search and Display campaigns and for annual budget planning.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns.
- Must be able to present results as well as high-level trends and ability to gather insight from data and execute next steps accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver on reports required by management, working closely with the Account Sales team.
- Spend at minimum 15% of the time developing new tests as part of a growth strategy.
- Keep up to date with SEO and paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research.
- Bachelor's degree or higher – Business and Marketing, preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with Amazon Marketing SEO and Paid Services.
- Understand key e-commerce events and seasonal trends that could impact the overall digital marketing industry.
- Proficient with Search reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel/Data handling capabilities and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of both local (within their country/region) and global search engine trends.
- Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control)
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Very strong teamwork orientation.

We are looking for growth-minded digital marketing specialists, SEO and PPC, to join our e-Commerce team and support key account business owners to execute digital marketing and advertising strategy with assigned channels (like marketplace channels, D2C e-Commerce channel, etc.). The PPC expert will plan, implement, and evaluate PPC advertising as well as SEO strategies for Picasso Tiles on the assigned channels. This role will effectively communicate the impact of Organic and Paid Search within the platforms/channels to the key account managers. This role provides the right candidate with an ability to make your mark on this very visible and important role to the business.

Prior experience within Amazon or other marketplaces PPC as well as D2C digital marketing is essential.
This role will be operating at the intersection of Marketplace Channel Marketing, D2C E-commerce and the Sales Teams. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in elevating Search coverage, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and, ultimately, market share for Picasso Tiles through the proactive and effective execution of product search engine advertising, content development and optimization and potentially all other digital marketing channels.
