Skills and Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Execute multichannel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Content Creation and Management:
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute events, both virtual and inperson, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Brand Management:
- Uphold and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all departments are informed and aligned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field recommended
- Bilingual highly desired (English/Korean)
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be legal to work in the United States.

$40, $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
