Baby Trend is a manufacturer of consumer related baby products and is located in
Fontana, CA. Our products are sold at nationwide retail locations and juvenile specialty stores. Our tagline is Quality, Comfort, Style.

We are looking for a
Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales and ultimately generate new business.

This is an on-site position.


Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of products, pricing, branding, merchandising and promotion strategies
  • Support the marketing team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars
  • Learn about Baby Trend's target customers by researching current market trends and studying the marketing strategies of our competitors
  • Research, maintain and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction
  • Provide consistent communication of brand image and position throughout the Company
  • Support the development and execution of product knowledge to the design team
  • Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication
  • Facilitate the communication of key inputs from customer needs into business product strategies
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Plans meetings and trade shoes by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
  • Track product line sales and costs by analyzing sales, expense and new business data
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Stay current with client needs, competition and industry trends
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Support marketing daytoday operations:
  • Coordinate product launch efforts (product bullets and descriptions, images, videos, reviews, etc.)
  • Organize and manage all digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with retail partners and outside advertising agencies on marketing activations
  • Monitor Google ads, as well as earned and paid social efforts and coordinate social calendar with outside agency
  • Ensure product pages are optimized on retail sites to maintain healthy content scores with retailers
  • Remain knowledgeable of current marketing trends in order to make recommendations to marketing team
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Team player that approaches each task with a positive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with research using data analytics software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to prioritize and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
  • Strong creative, strategic and analytical skills

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
