    :
    Our client seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team.

    The successful candidate will be process-driven, focused on continuous improvement, and able to communicate effectively at every level of the organization.

    Location- Near Wichita, KSRelocation-full relocation package to the areaKey Responsibilities:

    Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
    Identify and resolve operational problems to ensure timely and efficient production.
    Provide training and coaching to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with established processes.
    Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    Participate in the planning and implementation of new product launches and production line changes.
    Work with maintenance and equipment teams to ensure proper equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
    Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.
    Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    Lead or participate in project teams as assigned

    Requirements/Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (IE or ME.) is required.
    1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    Team-oriented with a belief in collaboration.
    Ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure success.
    Process-driven and focused on continuous improvement.
    Strong communicator, verbally and in writing, at every level of the organization.
    Comfortable setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
