- Oversee design and architecture of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
- In depth familiarity and knowledge of different salesforce license models and limitations
- Drive the technical scoping and development of the solution
- Work with clients to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance downstream
- Look for ways to improve performance, user experience, and adoption of the solution
- Think outside the box on solutions; look for optimal solutions aligned to our client's unique needs
- 5+ years experience defining application architecture, preferable for cloud solutions
- 3+ years working with salesforce in a technical role
- 3+ years experience in a lead capacity
- 3+ years experience working with large public sector customers
- Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
- Proven ability to lead a cross functional team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel as needed
