    Corporate Paralegal

    Location: San Diego, CA

    Salary and Benefits: $35 to $43 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.

    Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct Hire

    LHH is working with a dynamic and growing company based in San Diego, CA, in seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts administration and legal support, with a focus on corporate contracts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contracts Administration: Manage the entire life cycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. Process and code legal invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints. Handle various corporate filings, including but not limited to Standard Consultant Agreements, NDAs, trademark agreements, and resolutions. Utilize legal management systems to efficiently organize and maintain contracts database.
    • Corporate Filings: Work on corporate type filings with a sense of urgency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Manage trademark database, including filings, renewals, oppositions, and other trademark matters. Review corporate and marketing materials from an intellectual property perspective.
    • Legal Administration: Perform legal administrative tasks to support the legal team. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 5+ years of corporate law experience.
    • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision, exercising judgment and initiative.
    • Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
