    Job DescriptionSalary:

    About the Role: As an Inside Loan Officer, your primary role will be to partner with our Outside Loan Officers, who are responsible for cultivating relationships with real estate agents. You'll be the key player in ensuring that the deals are structured efficiently and that our clients receive top-notch service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Supporting Outside Loan Officers: Collaborate closely with Outside Loan Officers, ensuring they have all they need to foster relationships with real estate agents.
    2. Deal Structuring: Use your expertise to structure deals that benefit all parties involved.
    3. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, answer queries, and ensure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
    4. Database Mining: Dive deep into our database to uncover potential deals and opportunities for growth.
